Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art, originating in 3000 BC. Thai Massage works on an energy line system (the Ten Sen) through which the body’s natural life force flows.
The therapist works with the client lying on a futon mat on the floor and uses hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to important points along these lines. The treatment also includes joint mobilisations and applied yoga type stretches. This releases blocked energy and frees the body’s own natural healing potential, thus restoring balance and harmony.
